Commercial Contracts and Licensing
Our client had secured a unique opportunity to produce limited edition souvenir boxes, containing replica shirts signed by clubs' top players, for some of the Premiership’s leading football clubs. To help our client achieve its goals, we advised on the drafting of the following documents:
- an order package for each football club, ensuring that each club had the relevant licences and permissions to grant our client the right to produce their designs;
- a manufacturing contract to ensure that the souvenir boxes were made to the highest possible standards.
We also conducted our client’s registration of the design rights in the souvenir boxes.
